26 years. Category leaders. Burj Khalifa, Canon, Domino's, Nissan Middle East, VARA, DIFX. Puneet doesn't just build brands — he builds perception. He gets to the core of a business — its DNA, its edge — and shapes how the world sees it. At Tequila, he holds both the creative vision and the company's direction — making sure every brand that leaves the studio is built to be impossible to ignore.

Head of Strategy
Nam is the research-and-strategy mind behind Tequila's most complex brand work. She gets under the skin of a category — its audiences, competitors, and tensions — and turns what she finds into positioning that actually moves the needle. Designers and clients both lean on her for the same reason: clarity. She makes the hard problems solvable.

Head of Operations
Ghada is where Tequila's quality bar gets enforced. She runs production across every active project — keeping timelines tight, standards high, and the work consistently on-brand for the studio. Her background blends operational discipline with a designer's eye, which is why nothing ships from Tequila without her fingerprints on it.
